I know it is only
a matter of time
before I must ride
the Lightning bull
at the Hades Rodeo.
I will be twisted and turned
then thrown to the ground.
I hope that some clown
will stand over me
while I’m down
to save me
from being stomped
before I can get back
up on my feet
at the Hades Rodeo.
