I check this each week now that our book is finished. It is on Amazon.

Rose graduated from the university with a double/double major in December of 2022. She is back at home. Rose is busy looking for a job. She has started writing again. I hope she will eventually take over this blog. She is also volunteering to build her resume.

Rose is home running our house and supporting her dad as best she can. I have moved to the mountains where I belong. I am recovering from several mishaps. I plan to hike and blog about nature on my other blog.

ROSE and I kinder to each other these days. She is more mature, I no longer the ever-present mother. We are free of each othee after thirty years of being tethered together by life-threatening seizures. Epilepsy has not won. We have adapted.

I am praying for all the families out there that now have this extra stress of epilepsy in their lives. I have learned that trouble does not come in a single file line. There have been many clusters throughout the years. Throw up you hands and roll with it baby.

I keep several books here to mail to parents who cannot get one.

Rose seized regularly for almost 22 years before we found the right mix of diet and drugs. Her PFO(hole in heart) may have been a contributing factor. We shall see, now that the hole has been repaired.
